About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving IT infrastructure systems and customer-facing solutions. The role involves both hands-on technical work and active collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
You will take part in technical discussions, contribute to implementation decisions, and support ongoing optimization of the company’s digital ecosystem and customer services.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and provide technical support for IT systems, including incident resolution and infrastructure improvements.
Offer technical assistance during the implementation of software solutions across the organization.
Keep the software portfolio up to date and propose optimization initiatives.
Monitor the performance and availability of IT systems and suggest efficiency improvements.
Participate in defining, evaluating, and selecting appropriate software versions and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure integration and timely delivery of projects.
Analyze, develop, and optimize internal tools and applications for clients.
Perform repair and maintenance services for hardware equipment within the company’s portfolio.
Provide technical support, analyze failures, and propose corrective measures.
Conduct on-site maintenance for clients’ hardware equipment.
Prepare service-related documentation (handover and installation reports, training sheets, service forms, etc.).
Build and maintain a customer database with relevant insights — needs, development plans, and frequent orders — to support account management activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred: Automation or Electronics).
Strong customer orientation, integrity, and accountability.
Solid understanding of hardware infrastructure — servers, storage, LAN networking, routers.
Good knowledge of software infrastructure — operating systems, virtualization technologies, backup, email systems, antivirus, firewall, and Android mobile devices.
Experience in database administration, particularly with Microsoft technologies.
English skills, especially technical terminology.
Excellent team spirit, flexibility, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Driving license – Category B.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with system monitoring and automation tools.
Familiarity with IT security practices and network troubleshooting.
Experience working in eHealth, medical software, or enterprise IT environments.
Previous exposure to client support or field service activities.
