We’re looking for a Specialist DevOps Engineer to help design, operate, and evolve a cloud-native applications platform that powers large-scale web services and modern SaaS products.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure supporting large-scale web applications and cloud-based services.
Integrate new products and services into a Kubernetes-based environment.
Ensure stable, secure, and high-performance operation of production platforms.
Automate infrastructure and deployments using tools such as Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues in distributed systems, contributing to platform reliability and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively detect issues and bottlenecks.
Requirements
Several years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineer, SRE, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Linux systems, containers, and solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar).
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Go, Python, or Bash).
Experience operating and troubleshooting distributed, highly available production environments.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, FluentD, VictoriaMetrics).
Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
Very good English communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience with Helm charts and advanced Kubernetes tooling.
Exposure to large-scale cloud platforms or hybrid-cloud environments.
Understanding of reliability engineering, performance optimization, and system resilience.
Interest in modern DevOps practices, automation, and continuous improvement.
