Our client, a leading international tech company with a strong engineering hub in Romania, is looking for an experienced Java Developer to join their Platform team. The role involves building large-scale services used globally, with a focus on performance, scalability, and modern cloud-native solutions.
Key responsibilities
Design and implement distributed microservices in Java
Enhance existing applications and develop new features
Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth production delivery
Collaborate with teams both locally and internationally
Requirements
4+ years of Java development experience (OOP, REST APIs)
Strong knowledge of Spring (Boot, Core, WebFlux, Cloud)
Experience with Git, Maven, Linux, unit testing, CI/CD
Familiarity with microservices architectures
Nice to have
Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, event-driven systems, DevOps exposure
