We’re seeking an IT Operations Engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving highly available systems, driving automation, and contributing to new technical solutions. You will collaborate with engineers across multiple teams and have plenty of room to grow your skills in Linux, automation, and scalable architectures.

Linux (Debian-based environments)

Responsibilities
Operate and administer Linux server environments in distributed and high-availability setups.
Configure and maintain HA solutions, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.
Administer and manage Kubernetes clusters.
Monitor service and server performance.
Automate system administration tasks and deployment processes using Ansible and GitLab pipelines.
Perform database administration (primarily MySQL).
Participate in an on-call rotation for critical services.
Collaborate with cross-location engineering teams to ensure service stability and quality.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience administering Linux systems (preferably Debian-based).
Hands-on experience with on-premises infrastructure and data center environments.
Experience configuring and maintaining web servers (nginx, Apache).
Strong MySQL administration experience, including HA setups.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
Scripting experience (Bash / Python or similar).
English proficiency (B2 or above; B1 acceptable).
Nice to Have
Experience configuring VPNs / firewalls (OpenVPN, pfSense).
Networking knowledge (routing, VLANs, BGP).
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios).
Experience implementing backup solutions.
